As it comes, the Chariot Cross 2 is ready to attach to your bike or go for a stroll, the clever design incorporating storage for the cycle fittings and the easily detachable front wheels so you always have the convenience of both set-ups on hand. If you wish to run with the trailer, you will need the Thule Chariot Jogging Kit (sold separately), which allows you to fit a large fixed wheel at the front. For cross-country skiers, the addition of the Thule Chariot Cross-Country Skiing Kit (sold separately) means your little ones can skim across the snow with you. Simply clicking into the Thule VersaWing, it includes two lightweight skis for the chariot, two telescoping aluminium tow bars, a padded waist belt with bottle holder and a locking pin.

The Chariot Cross 2 features two comfortably padded seats with 5-point safety harnesses, that can be reclined for on-the-go naps, even when used as a bike trailer. The suspension is adjustable – without fiddly tools – for a comfortable ride for both parent and children. A large cargo bag is incorporated to store all those essentials, but can be easily stowed away for increased kick stride when needed. Without additional accessories, the Thule Chariot Cross is suitable from around 6 months up to 22kg in each seat. However, a Thule Chariot Infant Sling is available as a separate purchase, which will allow you to take a younger baby from 1 month old in stroller mode.
