It can be secured in the car using the adult seatbelt or, for added convenience and reassurance, the Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix i-Size or FamilyFix 3 ISOFIX base (sold separately). 

Weighing the same as an average newborn at only 3.2kg, the CabrioFix i-Size is lightweight and super-easy to carry from home to car and back again – especially invaluable if you’ve had a C-section or suffer from back problems.

Nipping to the shop or visiting family? It’s easy to create a flexible travel system from birth by combining your CabrioFix i-Size baby car seat with a compatible Maxi-Cosi stroller, featuring handy memory buttons for easy, one-handed removal from the pushchair frame. The infant carrier can also be paired with select pushchairs from many other leading brands using the correct adaptors, though these won’t have the memory button function.
