It allows children to travel rearward-facing for the full duration, which is the safest and most recommended position, while also supporting forward-facing use from 15 months (76 cm) where preferred. The base itself weighs 8.1 kg and is designed exclusively for ISOFIX installation, with no seat belt fitting required.
