Delivery & Returns Policy
We aim to make delivery and returns clear and straightforward. The information below outlines our services, delivery surcharges, and how to return an item if needed.
Delivery Options
Delivery options at checkout may vary depending on item availability and your delivery location.
Standard Delivery
- In-stock items: Delivered within 2–3 working days.
- Backorder items: Estimated availability date shown on the product page.
- Cost: Free for orders over £50; £5.95 for orders under £50.
Next Working Day Delivery
- Available for in-stock items ordered before 15:30, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
- Cost: £7.95 (may vary for larger or bulky items).
Special Delivery Information
- Fast Free Delivery applies to most UK Mainland orders over £49.99.
- Orders under £50 will incur a £5.95 charge.
Non-Mainland & Remote Area Delivery
Deliveries to certain postcodes and offshore UK addresses carry an additional £25 surcharge for a 2–3 day service. Delivery costs to these areas are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Postcodes affected include:
AB31–AB35, AB41–AB45, AB36–AB38, AB55–AB56, FK17–FK21, HS1–HS9, IV*, KA27–KA28, KW0–KW17, PA20–PA78, PH15–PH48, ZE*
Channel Islands, BFPO & BT: Channel Islands (GY, JE), BFPO and BT postcodes are excluded from our Standard and Premium Services and require courier delivery, quoted at checkout.
Nursery Furniture & Large Items
Large or multi-box orders (e.g., travel systems or furniture) may be shipped in separate consignments and can arrive at different times. Please allow time for all boxes to arrive before contacting us.
Returns & Refunds
All returns must be authorised and include a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Please email hello@pushchairexpert.com to request your RAN before sending items back.
Important: Do not write directly on product boxes. This may reduce your refund as the item can only be resold as opened or pre-owned.
1. Change of Mind (Cooling-Off Right)
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return the goods within a further 14 days, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Items must be unused, in as new condition and in their original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals and packaging must be included.
- You must obtain a RAN before returning items.
- Return postage is your responsibility (unless the item is faulty or we made an error).
We will refund the product price minus the delivery charge (if paid).
If goods are handled beyond what’s reasonable to inspect them, or are not returned in pristine condition, we may make a deduction for loss in value.
Hygiene & safety exceptions (non-returnable if opened unless faulty): undergarments, teats, soothers, teethers, nasal aspirators, medically certified items (e.g., Nanny Monitors), and any blister-packed or sealed health products once opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
2. Exchanges
Within 30 days of receipt, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit for products returned unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs (both ways) are your responsibility. Cash refunds are not available for exchanges.
3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you’re protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Within 30 days of receipt: full refund, repair or replacement.
- After 30 days and within 6 months: repair or replacement; if not possible, a refund.
- After 6 months: handled in line with the manufacturer’s warranty.
- We will refund reasonable return postage for confirmed faults, up to £4.99.
Guarantee: Electrical products purchased from pushchairexpert.com are covered by a minimum 6-month guarantee or the manufacturer’s warranty if longer. Other products are covered by a 6-month guarantee from delivery. Replacements do not renew the guarantee period.
Please package returns securely. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during return transit. Please only mark items as faulty where there is a genuine defect; otherwise you may be liable for shipping both ways.
4. Additional Information
- Returns must include a RAN and be sent to the returns address provided when authorised.
- Please use a tracked service; we cannot accept liability for lost returns.
- Returned items paid via finance may incur an administration fee.
- Delivery costs are calculated on total parcel weight, including packaging.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- Delivery timescales are subject to stock availability and courier performance.
