Engineered for maximum safety and simplicity, this i-Size certified base pairs with several Joie infant carriers including the i-Gemm™ 3, i-Snug™ 2, and i-Juva™, ensuring a snug and secure ride from birth up to approximately 12 months.

Certified to the latest ECE R129/03 safety standards, including rigorous side impact testing, the i-Base™ 2 provides enhanced protection and peace of mind for parents. The adjustable support leg further stabilises the base and reduces forward movement in the event of a collision. When not in use, the support leg tucks neatly away under the base for convenience and tidiness.

Designed for ease-of-use, the i-Base™ 2 installs with either ISOFIX anchor points or a vehicle’s 3-point seat belt, making it a flexible solution for families on the move. The colour-coded belt guides and indicators help ensure a correct and secure installation in seconds—whether using ISOFIX or belt routing.

Once installed, transferring your infant car seat in and out of the car is seamless thanks to the quick-release button. This lets you move your baby without waking them, avoiding the hassle of constantly adjusting harnesses or disturbing naps.
