Fraupow Wearable Pump Silicone Diaphragms (Pack of 2)

The diaphragms are to be used with the Fraupow Wearable Hands-Free Breast Pump. The pack contains two replacement silicone diaphragms, which work with the other internal parts to keep suction effective each time you pump. Replacement parts work extremely hard to keep suction effective and will wear out over time. Depending on how often you pump, these consumable parts need replacing every 1 to 3 months to keep your pump efficient and creating its maximum output.

The pack contains 2 silicone diaphragms. If you want to replace a valve and a diaphragm together, Fraupow also offers a consumables set containing one valve and one diaphragm, or a full replacement set for the pump. Take your pump apart, then wash the diaphragm gently in warm soapy water to remove excess milk, and rinse with warm water. You can then sterilise it by UV, by hot water or with a cold water solution. Make sure it is completely dry before assembling.

Yes, using the hot water method. Make sure the temperature does not exceed 100°C and sterilise for no longer than 5 minutes, as longer can cause the parts to warp or discolour. UV sterilisers and cold water solutions are also suitable.

Replace the diaphragms every 1 to 3 months, depending on how frequently you use your pump. If you notice that suction is less effective or your output has dropped, replacing the consumable parts is a sensible first step. Fraupow customer support can also advise.
