The insert is compatible with both the Fraupow Wearable Hands-Free Breast Pump and the Fraupow Viva Pro Wearable Hands-Free Breast Pump. Both pumps are built with interchangeable parts, so you can tailor the fit to your body with the insert size that suits you.

Pump replacement parts work hard to keep suction effective and wear out over time. Depending on how frequently you use your pump, parts need replacing every 1 to 3 months to keep your pump efficient and producing the maximum output. Replace sooner if the insert looks worn.

Take your pump apart, then wash the insert gently in warm soapy water to remove excess milk, and rinse with warm water. You can then sterilise it by UV, by hot water or with a cold water sterilising solution. Make sure it is completely dry before assembling.

Yes, using the hot water method. Make sure the temperature does not exceed 100°C and sterilise for no longer than 5 minutes, as longer can cause the parts to warp or discolour. UV sterilisers and cold water solutions are also suitable, following the equipment instructions.
