The BeSafe Beyond² Car Seat, Fresh Black Cab is an award-winning modular rotation seat forming part of the innovative Beyond system. State of the Art Safety

Safety is central to the design of the BeSafe Beyond².

The seat is approved for use up to 125 cm and 22 kg, allowing children to remain rear facing for longer — up to five times safer compared to forward-facing travel.

The headrest features the advanced Dynamic Force Absorber™, constructed from innovative materials that flex and absorb forces during a side impact. For additional protection, the SIP+ (Side Impact Protection) attachment fits on the door side of the seat and provides up to 20% extra protection in a side collision.

The seat has passed the Swedish PLUS Test — one of the world’s toughest crash tests — and is approved in accordance with the latest UN R129 regulation.

Unique Features for Everyday Flexibility

The BeSafe Beyond² has been engineered for real-life convenience.

Installation with ISOFIX is quick and intuitive when paired with the Beyond Base. The ISOFIX arms click securely into the vehicle’s anchor points, the seat is pushed into position and the support leg adjusted for stability.

Side-to-side rotation allows parents to turn the seat towards the door for easier access when lifting a child in or out. A single handle enables both rotation and recline adjustment with one hand.

Magnetic Belt Assistants™ keep the harness straps held back while securing the child, reducing fuss and making everyday use simpler. The lightweight 6 kg seat shell can be moved easily between vehicles when used with multiple bases.

Universal Level Technology™ ensures the correct seating angle in virtually any car. The built-in spirit level on the base clearly shows when the seat is positioned within the safe green zone.

Comfort

Comfort has been carefully considered throughout the design.

The large seat shell provides generous interior space, allowing children to move their arms and legs freely while securely harnessed all the way up to 125 cm.

The 11-position adjustable headrest grows seamlessly with the child, while six recline positions provide flexibility for upright travel or restful naps.

The Ergo Cushion™ offers enhanced lumbar support for older children. Certified as back-friendly by AGR, it supports the natural development of the spine — particularly important between approximately 3 and 7 years, when a pronounced lumbar curve develops.

Leg space can be extended by up to 16 cm by tilting the front brace on the base, giving growing children more room to stretch out comfortably. An open structure beneath the textile cover promotes airflow, helping maintain a pleasant seating environment.

Durable materials and repair-friendly construction allow a product lifespan of up to 15 years. By using the same base from baby stage through to toddler years (0–6 years across compatible seats), the system reduces overall material consumption.
