With the exception of some furniture items, all products are despatched directly from our UK warehouse. For items that are in stock at point of order, to receive them on the next working day, the following cut-off times apply:

Products with this status are ordered directly from our suppliers. Timescales depend on how quickly each brand are able to delivery the items to us. As soon as we receive the item, it will be quality checked and despatched to you the same day, with the aim of delivering to you on or before the date quoted at point of order.

UK Mainland

All orders with a value of £50 or over are sent via DPD on a next-working-day service, free of charge. Orders under £50 are sent out using the same service but there is a delivery charge of £5.95.

Scottish Highlands & Islands

All orders with a value of £150 or over are sent via DPD on a two-working-day service, free of charge. Orders under £150 are sent out using the same service but there is a delivery charge of £9.95.

Northern Ireland

All orders with a value of £150 or over are sent via DPD on a two-working-day service, free of charge. Orders under £150 are sent out using the same service but there is a delivery charge of £9.95.

Isle of Man

All orders with a value of £150 or over are sent via DPD on a two-working-day service, free of charge. Orders under £150 are sent out using the same service but there is a delivery charge of £9.95.

Isles of Scilly

365 day returns

If for any reason, any part of your order is not to your complete satisfaction, then providing the item is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it to us using our easy returns process.

When returning any items, we recommend that you use an insured, recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

• Returned items must be new and unused and in the original packaging
• Our 365 day return policy does not affect your statutory right to cancel as set out in our Terms & Conditions of Sale
• The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
• Delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.
• All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address unless otherwise stated.
• Returned items paid for via finance may incur an administration fee.
• All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability.
• Small items may be delivered by post.
• Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes on any of our delivery services.
