Building on the trusted design of the original CoZee® Bedside Crib, this expanded version extends the life of a standard crib with its impressive multi-functional capabilities. With five distinct modes—bassinet, bedside crib, cot, junior bed, and sofa—the CoZee XL evolves alongside your child, adapting to their changing needs and offering a familiar, comfortable sleep environment at every stage.

In its bassinet mode, the CoZee XL provides a lightweight, portable solution that allows you to keep your baby close during the day. Perfect for napping in different areas of the home, the bassinet can gently rock or be fixed in a stationary position to suit your baby’s mood. This mode is achieved by removing the lower legs of the crib and attaching a separate accessory pack, which includes bassinet support legs and rocking bars. (Bassinet Accessory Pack sold separately)

When used as a bedside crib, the CoZee XL functions just like the original CoZee model, offering a safe and supportive sleeping space from birth to around 6 months. It can be used as a stand-alone crib or for co-sleeping with the drop-side panel lowered and securely attached to the parent’s bed. Its clever folding mechanism makes it convenient to transport or store, while breathable mesh sides promote airflow for a safe sleeping environment.

As your baby grows, the CoZee XL transitions into a full-size cot without the need for any tools or complicated assembly. This stage extends the product’s use up to around 2 years of age and allows parents to keep their child in the same familiar space for longer. The cot mode features mesh ventilation panels and retains the drop-side design for easy access, making it ideal for keeping your little one nearby or transitioning them into their own nursery. When the time comes for your toddler to graduate to a “big bed,” the CoZee XL converts into a junior bed using a simple expansion pack. This stage supports children aged 2 to 4 years, with a cushioned headboard and sturdy base. Care has been made simple, with a zip-off inner liner and mattress cover that are machine washable. The outer fabric can be spot-cleaned with a mild detergent, while the frame simply needs a wipe-down with a soft cloth.

If I already have the CoZee XL crib, what do I need to make it into a cot?

If you already own the Tutti Bambini CoZee XL in crib mode, you'll be pleased to know that converting it into a cot is a simple, tool-free process using the existing expandable frame. However, to complete the cot setup, you will need to purchase the CoZee XL Cot Mattress separately, as it is not included with the standard crib package. Once the mattress is added, the CoZee XL offers a spacious and breathable sleeping space suitable for children up to approximately 2 years old.
