Joie Dreamer Rocker Parent Review

Quick Summary: This is our third baby, so we have been through our fair share of bouncers, this is hands down the best we have come across! The fact our baby slept in it within seconds from never wanting to be put down tells us all we need to know. Seeing him smile and enjoy the rocker is amazing and great for us as a family to interact with him whilst in it. It's a yes from us!

How easy was it to build the rocker?

The rocker was very simple to assemble, it came in two pieces, one being the rocker itself and the mobile arm to attach to the side. It took all of 5 minutes (including adding batteries). Perfect for those like me who aren't the best at building!

What were your first impressions of the rocker?

It looked very sturdy! Very important to us as the flimsier bouncers worry me with two toddlers running around. The material is very soft and padded well for comfort. The design is really eye catching (petite city) and gender neutral which is great if you are planning on having more children or do not know the gender of your baby yet. It's a great size which he won't outgrow really soon like other bouncers we have purchased in the past. I was very impressed by the hidden panel where the buttons are to change vibrations and sounds. The option to rock or bounce is a fantastic concept by just lifting a bar underneath with ease.

Was your little one comfy in the rocker?

Our Son was the comfiest he has been in any bouncer! Within 20 seconds of his first go he fell asleep! We were amazed as he is quite the snuggler and does not want to be put down! We knew this rocker was special immediately! He is very relaxed in the bouncer and really enjoys looking at the mobile of little town houses. The options of sounds and vibration settings is great! Lots of songs or white noise options which our son loves! You can chose to lift up the bottom of the rocker to create a foot rest for additional comfort which my little one loves pushing his feet on. I'd say it was 5* from him and the bouncer has literally been a life saver for us!

Which is your favourite feature?

My favourite features of the Joie Dreamer Rocker (there are a few!) are the Mobile arm which can change positions, this is great for when I'm taking him out the bouncer and don't have to manoeuvre around the mobile as I just click the mobile arm down out of the way! I love the button on the back to change positions of the seat really easily and again to collapse and pack away within seconds. The sturdiness of the frame is probably my favourite, my mind is at ease that he won't be knocked out by one of my toddlers accidentally leant to hard on it, there are rubber pads underneath to stop it sliding on laminate flooring for additional safety. As I mentioned before, the secret hidden panel which has the controls, it makes the rocker look extra sleek and modern.
