The Armadillo range from Mamas & Papas is famous for fabulous folds and the Flip XT2 is right on the money with its fold too. With a one-handed action (all whilst baby is happy on your hip!) you flip the handlebar forwards and flip the seat forwards, then just pick the pushchair up and voila! It is great to have a full-sized buggy that folds so neatly.
We must also mention the beautiful fabrics. We are testing out the Athleisure version and the fabrics have been designed for parents living an active lifestyle. They are so squashy and comfortable for baby and are made from aerated material to keep your little passenger cool. We really loved the ventilation panels in the hood and the extra storage pockets on the hood too, which we kept loose change and keys in.

The basket is fantastic. It is large and, thanks to the height of the seat, you can keep pretty much anything you want in there!
It is also a great bonus to be able to have the seat in a forward or parent-facing position and use it with a carrycot and car seat adapters to make a whole travel system.
The main thing to look out for is the recline system. Whilst it may be easy to use with its one-handed lever, we found that children can easily pull the seat forward to a more upright position when they are in a resting position. What's more, we found that when we extended the hood, we also pulled the seat forward!
The visor on the pushchair is a great addition to the hood size-wise and helps give more coverage and shelter to baby. but it didn't hold its own shape as well as we would have hoped and was aesthetically frustrating!

If you are using the Flip XT2 for younger baby or newborn then it is definitely worth purchasing a bundle that contains the carrycot or a footmuff as the design of the seat unit (to allow the pushchair to fold so brilliantly) is a bit on the flat and exposed size for little ones. It is fine, however, for babies around 6-9 months and upwards.
The practical plus-points of the great fold and super-size basket, and the flexibility of the reversible seat and carrycot and travel system options, win out over our cosmetic quibbles about the hood. Whether you find the too-easily-moved seat position and slightly exposed design an issue will very much depend on your own child.
