The RodiFix is very easy to install using IsoFix – if you don’t have IsoFix then you can use the same seat but it’s held into place with the car’s seatbelt only.

The car seat’s seat is wide and spacious and easy for your child to get into. It is also easy to access the seat belt buckle so there is less time fiddling, reaching around and over your child. The recent round of car seat safety testing for the European Consumer Organisations rated the Maxi-Cosi RodiFix GOOD. The test coordinators were Stiftung Warentest and ADAC. 

It’s really important for this age group that you choose a car seat that has an integral backrest that grows with your child so they are protected around the head and sides at all times. The Maxi-Cosi RodiFix provides a good positioning of the seatbelt over the child’s lap and shoulder – the belt hooks keep the seat belt in the right place.
